  This past 2 years have been filled with a lot of uphill roads, a lot of medical and emotional stress that took me deeper into a valley of darkness.    Avoiding all the details, with help of friends and family, I was able to find the light once more.    This past summer, I entered my abstract photography into a showing.  I took a third and an honourable mention out of 3 images and even sold another (forgotten float) in the showing.  2016 should have a brighter horizon,  I am going to focus once again on my art.

I was asked to submit one of my photos into a public show!!   This will be my first public showing!  Only 35 artists were asked and this is a highly artistic community.   I do feel so honored!!!



This is the one I decided to use.  It is a 16 x 24 inch canvas gallery wrap.

Well,   It is October.  I have a permanent job,  but no where close to home.  Actually about as far as I can be and still be in the same country.   Lately my inspiration has fizzled out.  My Camera sits as lonely as I do.   I have made a promise to a friend.  I am taking my camera out this weekend.  I will shoot until I get at least 1 post-able photo.  Maybe once I get out, I will find desire to keep going.

I miss having my friends,  my family.. my purpose to continue day to day.  I feel like a flippin robot,  get going through the motions,  hoping, waiting, needing.   

Keep your fingers crossed for me, that this 1 single promise will push me enough to find my drive!  Thanks for reading... Sunni
